The Furleigh Estate is based in West Dorset with all their wines made from grapes grown on the Estate. Their sparkling wines are made in the traditional method from Champagne, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Bride Valley Vineyard's Steven Spurrier was inspired by the unique chalky soils on his wife’s Dorset sheep farm and decided to join the English sparkling wine revolution.

Come and blow the cobwebs away at Furleigh Estate who are delighted to welcome NWUK accredited instructors Julia Williams and Paul Duffy from The Garden Studios to the vineyard at Salway Ash on Wednesdays in March and April (see dates below) for an introductory session to basic techniques of Nordic Walking.
Julia and Paul are passionate about exercise being accessible for all, so whilst this is a full body workout, you can set your own pace as you find the rhythm with the specialist walking poles that will be provided.
The vineyard itself is not normally open to the public, so this is a unique opportunity to enjoy some invigorating exercise in a very special setting.
Coffee will be served at 10.45am for a prompt start at 11am.
Duration: 1 hour including warm up and cool down.
The session will finish up with a rewarding glass Furleigh Estate fizz!
