New Rosé Release Launch with Susy Atkins featuring Rosé & Fish Dish pairing - 16th May 2018

We are delighted to announce that Susy Atkins, wine correspondent for the Sunday Telegraph’s Stella Magazine will be presenting the new vintages of Furleigh Estate Sparkling Rosé and the Sea Pink at the vineyard on Wednesday 16th May.

Both rosés make ideal partners with fish so we have challenged the deliciously original and bespoke caterers, Hungry Mule, to create a collection of eight canapés encompassing flavours from the Mediterranean to the Orient to see which work the best.

Susy is an expert in the world of food and wine pairing as many will have seen from her appearances on BBC 1’s flagship cookery show ‘Saturday Kitchen’. She will guide us from Seabass with a lemongrass and ginger glaze, on to a Tuna Carpaccio followed by a Smoked Haddock Arancini, to highlight just a few.

The evening will start with a glass of Furleigh Estate Classic Cuvée on arrival and then you will be seated in the Tasting Room to start at 7pm.

Tickets are £25 each.

Numbers are strictly limited so booking in advance is essential.
