As harvest comes to an end, we will be celebrating with an evening of supper and story-telling. A meal of hearty autumnal food (including a pud) and a glass of Furleigh Estate wine together with professional story-teller Martin Maudsley and fiddle player Fiona Barrow seems an appropriate way to mark the changing season. Gather round the fire (weather permitting) for tales of wine, the West Country and things that go bump in the night! We might even toast some marshmallows! Menu: Pork and cider hotpot or chickpea and sweet potato tagine. Vegetable gratin on the side. Pudding is apple and cinnamaon cake and cream. We can cater for special dietry requests if needed.
