An Evening at Lesley Waters’ Cookery School - 28th September 2017

We are very excited that Furleigh Estate and celebrity chef, Lesley Waters, have teamed up to host a fabulous evening including a cookery demonstration, a tasting menu paired with Furleigh Estate still and sparkling wines.

The evening starts with a sparkling reception and canapesLesley will cook each course and Rebecca will talk about the wines which have been chosen to go with each dish. Everyone will receive a goody bag containing recipes cards and an exclusive Furleigh Estate wine chiller to take home.

Thai style fish curry and crispy noodles and Thai style tapas mussels paired with Bacchus Fume 2015

Pork  Rafute, Slow cooked pork belly dish and Lamb tagine paired with Tyrannosaurus Red 2014

Baby bread and butter crab and coriander cocktails and seared scallop toasts or tarts with Puy lentil dressing paired with sparkling Rosé 2010

Stilton brioche galette and crusted black pudding chicken with bean ragout paired with White Pinot Noir 2015

Duck terrine with onion chutney paired with Blanc de Noirs 2014

Cheesy beignets or double baked cheese soufflés and smoked salmon sushi with sesame and avocado paired with Classic Cuvée 2013
