A superbly aromatic dry white wine with abundant fruit. It is star-bright and medium lemon with good legs. The nose is delicately scented with passion-flower and lime-blossom alongside kiwifruit, ruby grapefruit and exotic mandarin. Tropical fruits explode on the palate including pineapple, mango and papaya with a touch of ginger on the finish. It has a juicy mouthfeel and well-balanced acidity with a lingering flavours that pack quite a fruity punch.
Excellent served chilled with oriental dishes such as Japanese sushi with wasabi and pickled ginger, aromatic Asian fish curry or Thai-infused mussels. Enjoy it with steamed fish such as sea bass or sea bream with ginger and lime. Also good with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, mixed peppers and stuffed vine-leaves.
